JUDGMENT : 1. By a separate judgment passed today, in OMP No. 49 of 2008 filed by the Judgment Debtor, objections have been allowed and the Award dated 31st July 2004 has been set aside. 2. Accordingly, the objections, EA No. 80 of 2006 filed by the Judgment Debtor in the present petition are hereby allowed. The Execution Petition No. 61 of 2005 is dismissed and other applications are disposed of in the above terms. 3. A certified copy of the judgment dated 4th September 2012 in O.M.P. No. 49 of 2008 be placed in this file.
