This is an application seeking condonation of 15 days delay which has crept-in in filing the appeal. For the reasons detailed in the application, it is allowed and the delay in filing the appeal is condoned. Application stands disposed of. CIMA No.294/2010 With the consensus of learned counsel for the parties present, appeal is taken up on Board. Heard. 2. Learned counsel for the parties during the course of arguments arrived at consensus and stated that Rs.75,000/- in toto be awarded as compensation in favour of claimant-respondent no.1 instead of the amount awarded by the Tribunal. Their statements are taken on record. 3. Accordingly, in view of the consensus arrived at between the learned counsel for the parties, this appeal is partly allowed, impugned award is modified and consent award to the tune of Rs.75,000/- (rupees seventy five thousands only) is passed in favour of claimant-respondent no.1 and against the insurer-appellant. 4. Registry is directed to release the amount in favour of claimant-respondent no.1 after proper verification and identification, if not already released. Rest of the amount, if any, be released in favour of insurer-appellant through Account Payees Cheque. 5. Disposed of along with all CMPs.
