Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the Writ Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents had submitted that the only reason for not considering the name of the petitioner for certificate verification is that she had been selected for appointment as a Secondary Grade Teacher in the year 2008-2009. After such selection, the petitioner had not opted to join duty, as a Secondary Grade Teacher. In such circumstances, the fifth respondent had sent a communication to the third respondent not to consider the case of the petitioner for certificate verification, for being selected as a secondary grade teacher, even though her name had been sponsored by the Employment Exchange concerned. 3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents had not been in a position to show that the fifth respondent has the power to request the third respondent not to consider the case of the petitioner for certificate verification, when the petitioner is otherwise qualified to be considered for selection, as a secondary grade teacher. 4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had relied on the order passed by this Court, on 28.02.2012, in W.P.No.28941 of 2011, in support of his contention that the petitioner ought to be considered for selection to the post of Secondary Grade Teacher. 5. In view of the above, the third respondent is directed to consider the case of the petitioner for certificate verification, for the post of Secondary grade teacher, if the petitioner is found to be otherwise eligible for such selection. This Writ Petition is ordered accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
