JUDGMENT Sudhir Agarwal,J. 1. Called in revised. None appeared on behalf of the petitioners. Sri M.K.Gupta, Advocate is present for the respondent. In the circumstances, I have perused the record. 2. Writ petition is directed against the order dated 26.5.2011 (Annexure 22 to the writ petition) passed by Rent Control and Eviction Officer, Saharanpur in Case No.2 of 2007 (Farid Ahmad and others Vs. Nand Kumar & Ors.) fixing monthly rent @ Rs.1,07,500/- per month and directing recovery of rent amounting to Rs.23,65,000/- being enhanced rent for a period of 22 months commencing from August, 2006 to June, 2008. 3. Having gone through the impugned order as also the pleadings and grounds taken in writ petition, I find no ground to interfere as there is no error apparent on the face of impugned order warranting interference. Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. 4. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
