Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the Writ Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents had submitted that the third respondent had rectified the Date of Birth of the petitioner, as 26.10.1992, in the relevant school records, instead of 26.10.1993. He had further submitted that, based on the said rectification, the second respondent would also make the necessary corrections in the relevant records. Thereafter, the records would be issued to the petitioner, with the necessary corrections and it is for the petitioner to approach the second respondent to collect the records. 3. In view of the said submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, since, no further orders are necessary, this writ Petition stands closed.
