JUDGMENT Sudhir Agarwal,J. 1. Called in revised. None appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Sri Vinod Kumar Yadav, Advocate is present for the respondent. In the circumstances, I have perused the record. 2. Writ petition is directed against the order dated 02.3.2012 passed by Rent Control and Eviction Officer, Ghazipur (hereinafter referred to as "RCEO") directing for issuance of Form D i.e. order of eviction of unauthorized occupant under Uttar Pradesh Urban Buildings (Regulation of Letting, Rent and Eviction) Act, 1972 (hereinafter referred to as "Act, 1972"). 3. Having gone through the impugned order as also the pleadings and grounds taken in writ petition, I find no ground to interfere as there is no error apparent on the face of impugned order warranting interference. Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. 4. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
