Judgment :- 1. There is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the contempt petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent had submitted that the order passed by this Court, on 14.12.2010, in W.P.No.28384 of 2010, had already been complied with. 3. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, since, no further orders are necessary, the contempt petition stands closed. No costs.
