Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the Writ petition, the second respondent has handed over a cheque, bearing No.208034, dated 18.06.2012, for a sum of Rs.1,46,073/-, to the petitioner, towards the terminal benefits of the petitioner. The said amount has been paid to the petitioner, as full and final settlement of the terminal benefits of the petitioner. In such circumstances, as no further orders are necessary, this Writ Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
