Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the contempt petition, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent, had placed before this Court the proceedings, dated 26.6.2012, issued by the respondent, pursuant to the directions issued by this Court, by its order, dated 10.2.2011, made in W.P.No.11577 of 2006. 3. In such circumstances, since, no further orders are necessary, the contempt petition stands closed. However, it is made clear that it would be open to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings of the respondent, dated 26.6.2012, if so advised, before the appropriate forum, in the manner known to law.
