1. Mrs. Ahlawat, learned Counsel appearing for Govt. of NCT of Delhi/ has handed over copy of order dated 25th January, 2012 passed by the Director of Education. As per this order, St. Lawrence Convent. School, Geeta Colony, Delhi is permitted to charge fee of Rs. 150/- per student/month for holding “Smart Classes” instead of Rs. 400/-. It further mentions that student of EWS category shall not be refrained from availing “Smart Classes” facility, for which no money shall be charged from them. 2. The Education Department shall ensure that the order is complied with. A copy of this order is handed over to the learned Counsel for the St. Lawrence Convent School. Mr. Sinha contends that this order may not be a valid order, we are not commenting upon the validity of the order. In view of the aforesaid order, the grievance in this application stands satisfied. Ordered accordingly.
