Judgment :- 1. After filing of the writ petition and after mutual discussion between the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the second respondent and the officers, a joint memo, dated 05.07.2012, has been signed and presented enclosing a revised plan before this Court and the parties undertake to abide by the terms contained in the joint memo and as per the revised plan. 2. The Joint Memo reads as follows:- "JOINT MEMO The petitioner submits that in terms of Revised Plan submitted by Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd., annexed herewith, the petitioner is willing to bear the cost of Additional Tower and accessories to be erected within the site of the petitioner (i.e. AP 62A/1 which is between AP 62A/0 and AP 62B/O.) This will be without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner to seek compensation in accordance with law." The joint memo and revised plan is taken on file and shall form part of record. 3. The writ petition is disposed of in terms of the joint memo and the revised plan. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
