Judgment :- 1. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that the petitioner would produce all the relevant documents for the issuance of the legal heir certificate, as directed by this Court by its order, dated 13.11.2008 in W.P.No.25120 of 2008. 2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent had submitted that if the petitioner submits all the relevant and necessary documents before the second respondent, an appropriate order would be passed relating to the issuance of a legal heir certificate to the petitioner, if he is entitled to, on considering the documents submitted by the petitioner and after conducting necessary enquiries. 3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the petitioner, as well as the respondent, the petitioner shall submit all the necessary and relevant documents to the second respondent, within a period of two weeks from today. On submission of such documents, by the petitioner, the second respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders relating to the issuance of a legal heir certificate to the petitioner after conducting the necessary enquiries within a period of eight weeks thereafter. 4. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
