Pankaj Mithal, J.— Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners. 2. Petitioners have filed this petition for a direction to the Court below to decide injunction application dated 23.11.2012 within a time bound period. 3. The suit was filed on 23.11.2012 alongwith an application for interim injunction. The Court below not prima facie satisfied that it is a case fit for grant of ex parte injunction, directed for issuing notice to the other side. 4. Petitioners failed to take steps to serve the other side. Therefore, 6.12.2012 was fixed whereupon again on failure to take steps another date was fixed. 5. In view of the aforesaid situation, when the petitioners have themselves defaulted in taking steps to serve the other side, I do not consider it to be a fit case for issuing any direction for time bound disposal of the injunction application. 6. The writ petition is dismissed. Petition Dismissed. _____________
