Judgment 1. The prayer sought for in this writ petition is for a mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.07.2004 by appointing an Expert Committee to scrutinise the papers relating to Neurology with Applied Biochemistry, Psychiatry Incl. Mental Health and Psychiatry Including Child Psychiatry and also relating to clinical and oral examination conducted in April 2004. 2. Eight years have lapsed since the date of filing of the writ petition. The Course itself is for two years. Granting any relief to consider the representation dated 22.07.2004, for constituting an expert committee, at this juncture would be a futile writ. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
