Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsels appearing for the parties concerned. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents had placed before this Court a written communication, dated 14.7.2012, received from the second respondent, stating that a sum of Rs.73,207/-would be paid, within a period of two weeks. The said amount had been calculated as follows: 3. It had also been stated, in the said communication, that the arrears of selection grade and special grade pay of Rs.65,153/- and the Special Provident Fund amount of Rs.5,100/- amounting to Rs.70,253/-, would be paid after receipt of a fresh bill from the Additional Assistant Elementary Educational Officer, Kaveripattinam, the third respondent herein and after due verification. 4. In view of the said communication, dated 14.7.2012, the second respondent is directed to pay a sum of Rs.73,207/-, to the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With regard to the balance amount to be paid to the petitioner, it would be open to her to make a claim, by way of a fresh representation, by furnishing the details of the amounts due to her. The said representation shall be submitted by the petitioner to the second and the third respondents, within a period of four weeks from today. On receipt of the representation to be submitted by the petitioner, the second and the third respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon, within a period of four weeks thereafter. The writ petition is ordered accordingly. No costs. Connected M.P.Nos.1 and 2 of 2011 are closed.
