Judgment :- 1. The above civil revision petition is filed to direct the VIII Small Causes Court, Chennai, to dispose of the RCA No. 676 of 2011, within the time frame. 2. The learned counsel for the respondent/tenant would submit that TOP is pending before the Chief Judge, Court of Small Causes in this regard. 3. The learned counsel for the revision petitioners/landlords would submit that the first petitioner is a octogenarian, so to say, 85 years old and hence, he wants to get the matter expedited in view of his age. As such, the following direction is given. The Rent Control Appellate Authority shall do well to see that the matter is disposed of within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In order to make this order meaningful, the Chief Judge, Court of Small Causes, who is seized of the TOP, shall see that the TOP is disposed of as expeditiously as possible so that RCA No.676 of 2011 could be disposed of by the Appellate Authority within the time frame of two months. 4. The civil revision petition is disposed of accordingly. However, there is no order as to costs.
