Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, as well as the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the respondents. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the Writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 had submitted that the impugned proceedings of the second respondent may be set aside, in view of the fact that the details and the procedures followed in arriving at a sum of Rs.52,770/-, payable by the petitioner, had not been shown in the said impugned proceedings. He had further submitted that the second respondent may be permitted to issue fresh proceedings, in respect of the service connection, bearing No.222-050-2, standing in the name of the petitioner giving the details of the amounts to be paid by the petitioner, if any. 3. In view of the said submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, the impugned proceedings of the second respondent is set aside. However, it would be open to the second respondent to pass appropriate orders, giving the details of the amounts to be paid by the petitioner, if any. The second respondent shall pass such proceedings, if he deems it fit to do so, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Writ Petition is ordered accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
