Judgment :- 1. At the hearing, the learned Advocates on both sides, in unison, presented the joint memorandum of compromise signed by them and they would make a joint representation that the respective parties also signed the compromise memo to the effect that the parties amicably arrived at the fair rent to be fixed at Rs.2,25,000/- per month. 2. The compromise appears to be reasonable and I could see no reason not to record the same since the joint compromise memo was entered into voluntarily between the parties and the joint memorandum of compromise, shall form part and parcel of the decreetal order. 3. In view of the above compromise arrived at between the parties, the appellate authority's common judgment and decrees dated 06.03.2007 shall stand modified and both these civil revision petitions are disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
