Judgment :- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had submitted that this Court may be pleased to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition. He had also submitted a letter, dated 9.7.2012, before the High Court Registry. In view of the same, the writ petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed, as withdrawn. No costs. Connected M.P.Nos.1 and 2 of 2010 are closed.
