Judgment :- 1. Animadverting upon the order dated 2.4.2012 passed by the Principal District Munsif, Ariyalur, in E.P.No.4 of 2011 in O.S.No.485 of 2004, this civil revision petition is filed. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would echo the cride coeur of his clients to the effect that despite the E.P.4 of 2011 having been filed as early as on 4.1.2011, by way of enforcing the decree for removal of encroachment, the Executing Court has simply put the E.P. on the back burner and it is still pending. 3. A bare perusal of the certified copy of the docket orders would show that under the caption 'enquiry', the matter was coming up for a pretty long time, which cannot be countenanced and upheld as the ones as per law. Hence, I could see considerable force in the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners. The Executing Court shall do well to see that the matter is disposed of within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment in executing the decree. 4. The civil revision petition is disposed of accordingly. However, there is no order as to costs.
