1. Mr. Iqbal has frankly conceded that the writ petition has been rendered infructuous so far as it relates to relief (a), (b) (d) & (e) made in the writ petition. He further stated that he is under Instructions to contest the relief so far as it relates to relief (c). He, accordingly, prayed that respondents be directed to consider the case of petitioner for grant of entry pass enabling the petitioner to participate in the tender process. His statement is taken on record. 2. On asking, Mr. Makroo, ASGI, appeared on behalf of respondents. 3. With the consensus of learned counsel for the parties, I deem it proper to take up writ petition for final disposal. 4. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous so far as it relates to relief (a),(b),(d) & (e) made in the writ petition. So far as it relates to relief (c), this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to consider the case of petitioner-firm and its Manager for grant of entry pass as per the rules occupying the field within a period of four weeks from the date a copy of the order is served upon them.
