Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the respondents. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the second respondent Bank had submitted that the second respondent Bank has no objection for the first respondent Bank to grant the educational loan to the petitioner, as per its proceedings, dated 23.8.2011. 3. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the second respondent Bank, the first respondent Bank is directed to disburse the educational loan sanctioned in favour of the petitioner, as per its proceedings, dated 23.8.2011, by following the procedures prescribed for the disbursement of the said loan. The first respondent bank shall disburse the educational loan, in favour of the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is ordered accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
