Judgment :- 1. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent had submitted that the amount of Rs.25,792/-, said to be due to the petitioner, would be paid to him, if such an order is passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Coimbatore, in C.C.No.212 of 2003. 2. Recording the said submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent, the writ petition stands closed, as no further orders are necessary. No costs.
