Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, as well as the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the respondents. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that the second respondent may be directed to conduct an enquiry and to pass appropriate orders, pursuant to the proceedings, dated 8.7.2009, issued by the third respondent, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and to the other persons concerned, including the fourth respondent. 3. The learned counsels appearing on behalf of the respondents, have no objection for such an order being passed by this Court. 4. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders, pursuant to the proceedings of the third respondent, dated 8.7.2009, if no orders had been passed, till date, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, the fourth respondent and the other persons concerned, if any, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of, with the above directions. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
