ORDER : Notice. 2. The demand notice issued by the respondents dated 10-10-2011 is stayed during the pendency of this special leave petition, subject to the petitioner Company depositing a sum of Rs. 13,682 lakhs in three equal instalments within six months time from today. We have arrived at this figure keeping in view the memo of calculation filed by the petitioner Company pursuant to the directions issued Glaxosmithkline Pharmaceuticals Ltd. v. Union of India, SLP (C) No. 6665 of 2012, order dated 2-3-2012 (SC) wherein it was directed as follows : "The learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to file the memo of calculation, calculating the interest payable by the petitioners from the date of default till the date of payment. Call on 16-3-2012." by this Court on the last date of hearing. 3. If for any reason, the petitioner Company defaults in making payment of any one of the instalments, the respondents are at liberty to take effective steps to recover the entire interest demanded in the demand notice dated 10-10-2011. 4. Call after six months.
