Judgment :- 1. At this stage of the hearing of the Writ Petition, Mr.G.Varadharaj, Senior Estate Officer-in Charge (Koyambedu), Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority, Chennai, had appeared before this Court, representing the respondents. He had submitted that the name transfer regarding the Shop No.F/C-116, in the Koyambedu Whole Sale Market complex, would be done in favour of the petitioner, within a period of one week from today. 2. In view of the said statement made by the said Senior Estate Officer (Koyambedu I/C), who had appeared before this Court today, along with the relevant records, this Court is of the view that no further orders are necessary, in the Present Writ Petition. Hence, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
