Judgment :- 1. At the hearing, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this civil revision petition. He has also made an endorsement to the following effect: "The petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the C.R.P." 2. In view of the same, this civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
