Judgment :- 1. In view of the nature of order passed, notice to respondent No.4 is dispensed with. 2. The petitioner filed writ petition seeking for writ of mandamus to direct the 1st respondent – Inspector of Panchayat to dispose of representation of the petitioner dated 22.6.2012 for recovery of the loss sustained by the Panchayat on account of conduct of the 4th respondent. 3. Before ever proceeding to take any action on the representation dated 22.62012 made by the petitioner, the first respondent shall follow due process of law and if the right of respondent No.4 is being affected, appropriate notice shall be given to him so as to avoid allegation of violation of principles of natural justice. 4. With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. However, there is no order as to costs.
