ORDER 1. It is conceded by both sides that the question which is referred for consideration of this Full Bench now remains of academic interest only. because the petitioner has completed her MBBS course from a private Medical College. 2. Normally, Courts do not decide the question which are only of academic interest. Because, if parties do not have any serious stakes involved, proper debate at the bar is unlikely; and deciding issues without proper debate at the Bar is undesirable. This reasoning applies with much greater force to questions referred to Larger Benches. 3. Accordingly, we decline to answer the question referred in this case. We leave the question open for consideration in an appropriate case.
