Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsels appearing for the parties concerned. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to file objections, in respect of the pre-revision notice, dated 17.5.2012, issued by the first respondent, within a specified period, and the first respondent may be directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon, within a specified time limit. 3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has no objection for this Court passing such an order. 4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for the parties concerned, this Court finds it appropriate to permit the petitioner to file its objections, if any, in respect of the pre-revision notice, dated 17.5.2012, issued by the first respondent, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such objections, the first respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon, within a period of four weeks thereafter. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Connected M.P.No.1 of 2012 is closed.
