Judgment :- MadanB. Lokur, J. The grievance of the appellant is that by the notice dt.9.9.2011 issued by the Minorities Welfare Department read with the Circular dt.14.9.2011 issued by the A.P. State Wakf Board, the appellant has been prohibited from making representations on matters not related to him. 2. The learned single Judge in the order under appeal has already clarified that the appellant can make representations in the capacity of a ‘person interested’ as defined in the Wakf Act. However, for making such representations, he should not disturb the staff and officers of the Wakf Board by entering into the Wakf Board premises. 3. In view of the clarification given by the learned single Judge, the portion of the Note as well as the Circular mentioned above to the extent that the appellant is not entitled to make representations on matters not concerning him, is set aside. It is made clear that the appellant can make representations but while doing so, he should not disturb the staff and officers of the Wakf Board by entering into the Wakf Board premises. No further orders are required to be passed. 4. Disposed of. 5. Miscellaneous application also stands disposed of.
