Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent. 2. This Writ Petition has been filed, praying that this Court may be pleased to direct the third respondent, to issue tender application form, relating to the bar attached to the TASMAC Shop, bearing No.9197, situated at No.556, CTH Road, Tiruninravur, Thiruvallur District. 3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, had submitted that the tender process, in respect of the shop in question, had been completed, on 24.07.2012 and therefore, the prayer in this Writ Petition, has become infructuous. 4. In view of the said submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
