Judgment :- 1. The contemnor is present in Court today. It is submitted that he had not committed willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court, on 01.03.2011, in W.P.No.4892 of 2011. It is only due to certain administrative reasons, the order passed by this Court, on 01.03.2011, could not be complied with, within the time limit specified by this Court. 2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent, has placed before this Court an order passed by the respondent, on 03.08.2012, in compliance with the directions issued by this Court, by its order, dated 01.03.2011. 3. In view of the above, as no further orders are necessary, the contempt petition stands closed.
