Judgment :- The contemnor is present in Court today. At this stage of the hearing of the contempt petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent has placed before this Court an order, dated 10.07.2012, sanctioning the Drawback amount in favour of the petitioner. 2 In such circumstances, as no further orders are necessary, the contempt petition stands closed. No cost.
