Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents had submitted that the cheques, bearing Nos.071489, 071490 and 071491, dated 04.08.2004, for Rs.16,441/-, Rs.1,29,408/- and Rs.91,636/-, respectively, shall be returned to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from today. 3. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. Hence, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
