Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, as well as the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the respondents. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents 1 and 2 had submitted that the petitioner and one K.Rajesh had submitted their tenders, quoting a similar sum of Rs.1,98,100/-, for obtaining the licence to run a bar attached to TASMAC Shop No.8771, at Door No.290, Trunk Road, Srinivasa Nagar, Poonamallee, Chennai. However, in view of the fact that the third respondent, who is the owner of the premises in question, where the TASMAC Shop is to be located, had given a 'No Objection Certificate' only to the petitioner, as per her representation, dated 27.07.2012, made to the first respondent. 3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 had further submitted that the bar licence for running the bar attached to TASMAC Shop No.8771 would be issued to the petitioner, within a period of 15 days from today. 4. In view of the said submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition. Hence, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
