Judgment :- 1. The prayer in the writ petition is for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider and pass necessary orders on the petitioners' representation seeking to survey and demarcate petitioners' patta land to an extent of 40 cents. 2. According to the petitioners, inspite of making repeated representations, before the second respondent, no action is taken and, therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation on 31.5.2012 before the first respondent for issuing direction to the second respondent to resurvey the land in S.No.839 and to issue revised patta and to mark field boundries. But the said representation was also not considered. 3. Since the matter is now pending on the file of the first respondent, Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader submitted that eight weeks' time may be given to the first respondent to consider the said representation. 4. In such circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the said representation, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
