Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents had submitted, on instructions, that the petitioner would be allowed to appear in the written examination to be conducted by the respondents, under Regulation 8 of the Customs House Agents Licensing Regulations, 2004, and that the petitioner had been allotted Roll No.196 of 2012. He had placed a note, dated 4.9.2012, issued by the Assistant Commissioner of Customs (CHA), to that effect. 3. In view of the above, since no further orders are necessary, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
