Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents. 2. The present writ petition has been filed praying that this Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 2 to 4, to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 8.6.2012, and to permit the petitioner to transport the goods sent by the petitioner to its customer, in a lawful manner. However, on a perusal of the representation of the petitioner, dated 8.6.2012, it has been prayed that the petitioner may be left out of the case, in Crime No.204/2012, filed against it for the offences under Section 21(1) of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 read with Rule 36(a) of the Tamil nadu Mines and Minerals Concessions Rules, 1959, and under section 379 I.P.C. Such a request cannot be considered by the Inspector of Police, Anaimalai Police station, Pollachi Taluk, Coimbatore district. Therefore, the relief prayed for by the petitioner, in the present writ petition, cannot be granted. Hence, the writ petition stands dismissed. No cost.
