Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent had submitted that the bar licence relating to the TASMAC Shop No.9127 would be given to the petitioner, within a period of 15 days from today. 3. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent, since no further orders are necessary, the writ petition stands closed. No cost. Connected M.P.No.1 of 2012 is also closed.
