Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned Government Advocate for Taxes, appearing on behalf of the respondent. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that the entire tax and compounding fee demanded by the respondent, as per the impugned proceedings, dated 13.12.2011, had been paid. 3 The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent has not refuted the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
