Judgment :- 1. At this stage of the hearing of the contempt petition, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent had submitted that the direction issued by this Court, by its order, dated 29.02.2012, made in Writ Petition No.4740 of 2012, had been complied with by the respondent. 2 The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had not refuted the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent. In such circumstances, as no further orders are necessary, the contempt petition stands closed.
