Judgment : 1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents had submitted that the entire arrears of rent, due to the petitioner, shall be paid to him, within a period of 10 days from today. 3. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, since no further orders are necessary, the writ petition stands closed. No cost.
