Judgment :- In view of the orders passed by this Court, on 12.9.2012, in W.P.No.29100 of 2011 and W.P.No.29101 of 2011, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition. Hence, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Connected M.P.No.3 of 2011 is closed.
