JUDGMENT 1. It appears that there are other matters pending before this Court involving similar issue and therefore, before passing any order in this matter, it is desirable that all such matters having similar issue are required to be listed so that appropriate further order can be passed. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the State shall do the needful for taking instructions regarding particulars of such other matters pending before this Court, from the Office of the Director General of Police, Jharkhand, Ranchi. 3. The Registry of this Court is also directed to do the needful for tracing out such matters. 4. Put up this case on 05th March, 2012. 5. Let a copy of this order be given to the learned counsel appearing for the State for its further communication.
