ORDER 1. Heard the parties. 2. The impugned order is contained in Annexure-4. It has been passed by the District Teacher Appointment Appellate Authority. The reason for the Tribunal to reach a conclusion against the interest of the present petitioners is that they have been appointed on the basis of a degree obtained from the Central Board of Higher Education, New Delhi which has been dubbed as a fake institution and a dubious institution involved in selling fake degrees. 3. The institution in question only sells degrees having no infrastructure of any kind where any student can be imparted any learning or education. There is no recognition by the State to such an institution which is duping persons with similar sounding name as C.B.S.E. 4. Learned counsel representing private respondent no.10 has filed counter affidavit in support of the findings given by the Appellate Authority. It is stated in the affidavit that petitioners obtained degrees from the Central Board of Higher Education. He has downloaded and annexed Annexure-C which has been issued by the Department of Secondary and Higher Education giving a list of all recognized institutions of Secondary Education under the Board/Council, but the institution from where the petitioners obtained degrees does not find mention anywhere in that list. 5. The petitioners have obtained counterfeit degrees from unrecognized institutions and they do not have any claim with regard to reinstatement of their service. This Court is not inclined to leave the future of young impressionable minds in the hands of such deceivers who have no education of their own from any institution of significance. 6. This writ petition is dismissed being devoid of merit.
