ORDER I.A.Nos.7-9, i.e., applications for restoration of appeals are allowed and the appeals are restored to the file, subject to payment of Rs.2,000/- before the Supreme Court Employees’ Mutual Welfare Fund within two weeks’ time from today. Meanwhile, the statement of case may also be filed. If the directions aforestated are not complied with, then the appeals will stand automatically dismissed without reference to the Court.
