Judgment :- 1. This writ petition was listed under the caption `for withdrawal', based on the letter submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had also sought the permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2. Based on the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and in view of the letter submitted by the counsel appearing for the petitioner and in view of the endorsement made, this writ petition is dismissed, as withdrawn.
