ORDER : We have carefully perused the reports of the two Commissioners. Shri S. Ganesh, learned senior counsel appearing for respondent No. 1 rightly pointed out that the Commissioners have not focused on the critical issue mentioned in the Court's order dated 4.11.2011 and submitted that the Commissioners may be directed to re-visit the area and submit fresh report(s) in the light of order dated 4.11.2011 SLP(C) No. 12125 of 2010, Andaman and Nicobar Admn. v. Bare Foot Inns & Leisure (P) Ltd. 2. We have considered the submissions of Shri Ganesh but, for the time being, we are not inclined to entertain the same. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners shall seek comprehensive instructions on the issue of stopping commercial and tourism related activities within the reserved area and buffer zone. 4. List the case on 11.05.2012.
