Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, as well as the learned Government Advocate (Taxes), appearing on behalf of the first respondent. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that it would suffice if the first respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 05.09.2012, within a specified period. 3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the first respondent has no objection for this Court passing such an order. 4. In view of the above, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 05.09.2012, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. The Writ Petition is ordered accordingly. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
